What is the cost of a session?
Mini sessions start at $150 and prices vary depending on session type, length, and coverage.
When should I book my session?
Jenn Duguay Photography’s busy season is from from July to December. Session spots during that time fill up quickly, with some spots being booked a year in advance. It is recommended that you book your summer and fall sessions 4 to 6 months in advance.
Last minute spots do occasionally open up. Please contact me for more information about how to be on the short notice list for those sessions.
Can I purchase the digital images from my session?
Digital images are available for purchase.
What products do you offer?
Jenn Duguay Photography (JDP) offers a wide range of products including professionally printed photographs, canvases, framed prints, albums, and more. Each product offering is carefully selected and sourced from labs and vendors who offer items that beautifully showcase your memories.
What should we expect when we book a session?
Once we book your session date, JDP will work with you to plan your session to best capture your precious memories. If this is your first session, a pre-session questionnaire will be sent to you to help me get to know you before the session.
During your session, be prepared for my ridiculous sense of humour to help put you at ease while you are in front of the camera! I really like sessions to be relaxed, easy-going, and full of fun — that’s what helps me capture the magical moments of real life.
After your session, you will be sent a link to an online gallery that showcases your images. You will have 7 days to review your gallery. JDP is here to help you make the most of the images captured and help you decide on which products would work best for you.
What should I wear to my session?
When you book your session, I will send you information to help you plan what to wear to your session. In general, colours such a jewel tones photograph beautifully.
Some of my favourite places for children’s outfits and accessories include Crewcuts, the Gap, Zara, and Liv and Lily.
When will I see my online gallery?
Editing and preparation of your digital images takes approximately 6 weeks from the date of your session.
Do you photograph weddings?
Jenn Duguay Photography offers wedding coverage including intimate weddings or elopements. There is also a special package available for couples who were unable to have photographic coverage on their wedding day. The package includes a very relaxed session in your wedding attire.
When should I book my newborn session?
I recommend that newborn sessions be booked several months prior to your Baby’s arrival and it is ideal that sessions take place when Baby is 10 days old or less.
I do not live in the Cochrane area. Will you travel to me for my session?
Travel is available to select locations. Additional travel fees will apply.
